I spent a wonderful week of normalcy with my sister Marti. We frolicked every day doing fun things and I felt wonderfully happy and content. My fantastic sister allowed me to rest when I needed to and helped me do the things that I put on hold for cancer and it was great!! Thank you baby sister!!
Cancer is a mind game as well as a physical challenge. We must find ways to give ourselves mental outlets. Do things when possible to alleviate the pressure, the fear, the physical limitations, the depression. The reality is that whoever you are and whatever challenges you must face we all have to live one day at a time and try not to worry about things down the line. LIVE TODAY! That’s true for everyone alive.
